Farmside Cottage sleeps 5 and is available for weekly lets.  

There is one double bedroom, one single bedroom and one room with bunkbeds.

The sitting room is well furnished with comfortable seating, colour TV and DVD player

The Kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.  There is an ample supply of kitchen utensils and cupboards for food storage.

The Dining room has a large dining table and chairs with a well stocked book case.

With its traditional seaside atmosphere, Sea Palling offers the ideal holiday for all. The dunes and coastline from Sea Palling to Winterton, are officially designated ‘Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty’   An ideal place for walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing and water sports.

For several years now the beach has been awarded a blue flag. It is very clean and well maintained and has lifeguards on patrol during the summer. 

The village of Sea Palling has a well stocked shop/post office as well as a Fresh Fish shop and two Pubs, both of which serve food. It also has a well equipped children’s play area.

Its Saxon Church, has many architectural styles, with a tower dating from AD 900, a chancel dating from 1300, a 15^th Century Nave and 14^th Century font. 

A Farm shop is situated, just outside the village, with all you require, in fruit and vegetables and there is also the convenience of a local Farm Butchers shop.

Four miles away is the Market town of Stalham, which has a great variety of shops,  a Supermarket (Tesco’s) and a Saturday, Farmers market.

The picturesque Norfolk Broads are close by and can be explored by taking river trips and hiring day boats in Stalham, Wroxham, Horning, Hickling or Horsey. These nature reserves unique topography of reed lined waterways are famous for their good coarse fishing, boating and rich variety of wildlife, especially waterfowl.

20 miles from 'The Fine city of Norwich', 15 miles from Great Yarmouth and about the same to Cromer, Sea Palling is central to most attractions.
